OBJECTIVE: To create an extensive informational development package to entice high-level investors to partner in the project.

CHALLENGE: To compile and make visual sense of what would turn out to be 27 pages packed full of vital information. This included architectural plans, data charts, drone photography, development lead bios, developer resume, case studies, nearby sales and rental comps, demographics, local retail amenities, and more.

SOLUTION: Worked closely with the client to put together this beautiful 27-page flip book to showcase during potential investor meetings. I'm happy to say that the project is set to break ground in 2021. They even have some of the flip book pages hanging on their office wall!
